Planning Director – Infrastructure

We require an interim planning director to work on a major engineering programme. You will manage an existing and proven team with 4 key direct reports who cover the areas of project controls and planning strategy, capex delivery, operations and controls support.

This is a leadership role with the primary focus of managing and analysis of programme wide impacts and reporting to board level stakeholders on mitigations.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in working in senior roles within the field of planning engineering and project controls across engineering and construction sectors.

Candidate requirements:

Demonstrable planning and scheduling expertise in Oracle Primavera programmes.

Broad expertise of schedule integration into wider projects controls functions.

Excellent communication skills to deliver report outcomes to senior board level stakeholders.

Proven Leadership of large planning teams across multiple projects.

Expertise of working on major infrastructure/ construction programmes.

Duration: 6-12 months.

Hybrid working with some UK travel.

Rates to £900 per day inside of IR35
