Project Controls Manager – Infrastructure

Salary £60,000 – £80,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package

Role Overview:

As a Project Controls Manager/ PMO Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the set-up, day-to-day running, and development of the PMO function, supporting project managers, planners, and commercial teams. You will be working with a Tier 1 contractor based in Southeast London via a bespoke consultancy client of ours. This is a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility between office and remote work, all travel will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PMO Function: Set up, manage, and enhance the PMO function, ensuring efficient processes and effective project governance.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare and communicate project dashboard reports, providing insights to senior management.
  • Data Integration: Develop smart interfaces to extract data from Primavera P6 across a program of projects.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with planners, project managers, and commercial teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Project Management).
  • Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager with experience of PMO set up.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience) + travel and benefits
