Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

Hybrid – London

£45,000 – £55,000 + car allowance

Are you looking to progress your career further as a Quantity Surveyor? Our client, a global construction consultancy is seeking an Quantity Surveyor to work on an exciting rail project and continue their progression through the infrastructure industry.

The role will involve both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying support and successful candidates will need to demonstrate a basic understanding of the NEC3 forms of contract, whilst also being degree qualified within a construction related discipline. This will be working within a client focused environment, therefore the ability to communicate and present well, will be expected.

Experience Required:

• Educated to Degree Level
• NEC contract exposure
• Good Excel & numeracy with the ability to review, manipulate and summarise data
• Monitored expenditure against Purchase Orders, requesting uplifts where required
• Have a reasonable level of understanding of construction, e.g., how prelims are affected by programme durations etc
• Have good interpersonal skills, and able to work as part of a wider team and engage with the clients’ supply chain
