<p>We require Senior Project Planners who are looking for a great opportunity to work with a well-established, independent construction consultancy based in London. Our client specialises in Project Controls &amp; Planning within the Infrastructure space, your role will be hybrid based in which you’ll be expected to visit the offices 2/3 days per week.</p>



<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>



<p>As a Senior Project Planner you will ensure accurate representations of the project scope and milestone dates are reflected in the overall programme, using Primavera P6. One of your key responsibilities will be validating the risk events and planned dates submitted by subcontractors.</p>



<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Strong communication skills are needed to effectively work with stakeholders at every level.</li>



<li>Exellent NEC 3/4 knowledge.</li>

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work with various contractors and subcontractors, providing Commercial expertise with a focus on claims/project delivery. <p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>We require 2 senior planning engineers with demonstrable P6 skills to work for a client organisation. The role is fully remote with the need for travel 1-2 days per month to the Midlands. This work relates to the defence sector and candidates will need to either have had, or currently possess UK security Clearance SC, or BPSS.</p>



<p>You will be key in developing and managing the Primavera P6 programmes, covering all areas from design, through to construction and delivery. Furthermore, you will need to ensure the integrity of the planned dates and risk events submitted by sub-contractors. Working effectively with various levels of stakeholders is key, so excellent communication skills, verbal and written are a must.</p>



<p>Skills and Experience.</p>



<p>· Have or have had SC security clearance or BPSS.</p>



<p>· Experience in a Project Planning role within a complex project/programme environment, ideally in complex manufacturing and or wider Infrastructure sectors.</p>



<p>· 5 years+ experience with Primavera P6, ability to create plans from 1st principles, fully comfortable using earned value analysis and manage risk issues and mitigate slippage to drive delivery.</p>



<p>· Experience of delivering accurate project plans and integration of plans from multiple projects and work streams</p>



<p>· IT skills must have intermediate to advance in MS Excel and Project (or equivalent) software.</p>



<p>· Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate data and information, and to influence and challenge at all levels.</p>

<p>After securing a new framework opportunity in the infrastructure sectors, our client, who specialises in working on large projects, is looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join their established team.</p>



<p>You will provide support for all facets of these massive projects, from project conception to project completion. You will be an important member of the team whose work will center on working with compensation events, examining projects to ascertain what should have occurred, what has been recorded, and how to create a fragnet to represent this in the Primavera P6 program.</p>



<p>Additionally, you must guarantee the accuracy of the planned dates and risk events that subcontractors have submitted. It&#8217;s crucial to collaborate successfully with different levels of stakeholders, so having excellent verbal and written communication skills is a requirement.</p>



<p>Requirements</p>
