Permanent Recruitment

Contract Recruitment
Within the infrastructure sectors there has always been high demand for niche talent. Often, due to project circumstances and being a scarce candidate market, clients will require a contractor to work on a consultancy basis. At Infraspec we have over forty years of placing contractors into the infrastructure and engineering markets.
As a contractor, there are many different ways of working through Infraspec; Limited company, Umbrella or PAYE. When working through an umbrella company it’s important to know they are vetted and will offer a professional level of service. At Infraspec, we ensure our whole supply chain is vetted in accordance to our high standards. For umbrella business they will be FCSA accredited too. There are several reasons why you might choose one way of working over another – each contract type varies in terms of what pay rate you will receive and what benefits you are entitled to. Ultimately it is your decision which way of working suits you best. Our clients will undertake IR35 assessments for each specific role and advise us accordingly on where status determinations (‘off-payroll rules’) will apply. Infraspec will support your through the entire process.
