Our client, a major construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Scope and Integration Manager at Associate Director level or above to lead their project controls team. This role will focus on managing the scope and integration of a high-profile infrastructure programme, ensuring seamless coordination across cost, risk, and planning functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Controls Team: Oversee cost, risk, and planning leads, ensuring alignment with project scope and integration objectives.
- Change Control Management: Establish and manage the change control process, ensuring effective communication and coordination between all teams.
- Integration Oversight: Ensure the smooth integration of all project functions, driving project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project controls, with a focus on scope and integration management.
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in change control processes and coordinating cost, risk, and planning inputs.
