Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification and Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for construction projects and maintain the risk register.
  • Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA): Perform detailed QSRA to forecast potential delays and impacts, using statistical methods and software tools.
  • Risk Mitigation Planning: Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks. Lead risk mitigation meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Financial Risk Analysis: Assess the financial implications of risks and develop strategies to protect the project budget.
  • Crisis Management: Prepare contingency plans for high-impact risks and lead responses to crises to minimise damage.
