Senior Cost Consultant – Infrastructure

We are searching for a Senior Cost Consultant/ Manager to be part of a progressive independent construction consultancy. This role is based on a major project within the built environment.  It is preferable if you possess prior experience in a consultancy setting, working on similar projects. The ideal candidate should be MRICS chartered with at least 10 years’ experience and demonstrate a strong client-centric approach.

Requirements:

· Hold a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.

. Dedication to cultivating strong client relationships, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations to deliver exceptional service.

· Familiarity with CostX software is preferred.

· Capable of taking full ownership of projects, overseeing them from inception to completion, including feasibility studies and final accounts.

· A proven track record of successfully managing high-value projects in sectors such as commercial, office, hotels, health, mixed-use, and cultural buildings.

· Proficient in task management and delegation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project budgets.
