We are currently seeking Procurement / Commercial professionals (MCIPS, MICE, MRICS) to join an independent construction consultancy and be a part of an iconic public sector project in Central London. This role will enable you to undertake compliant end-to-end procurements, ensuring required regulations and frameworks are followed.

You will work closely with the client, embedding good contract management practices, offering support, and communicating change or requirements in a clear, concise, and engaging way. You will support the delivery strategy in several ways including conducting market / stakeholder analysis and benchmarking tasks.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • Quantity Surveying Degree or relevant qualification within a construction-related discipline.
  • Level 4 CIPS ideal.
  • Knowledge of Procurement Legislation (Public Contract Regulations).
  • Experience of NEC4 Professional Services Contract
  • Public Contract Regulations experience
  • The Construction Playbook
  • Previously worked with Public Sector Clients
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure maintaining a high standard of accuracy and detail.
  • Well-rounded with pre and post contract experience.
  • Experience within a consultancy environment strongly desirable.
  • Previous experience in major infrastructure projects.
  • A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a client-focused environment with a personal commitment to the delivery of excellent client service.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved.
