An opportunity has become available for an ambitious and skilled Quantity Surveyor.
The successful candidate must have no less than 3+ years post graduate experience working with a Firm of Chartered Surveyors. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work with/among various contractors and subcontractors – you’ll be providing Commercial expertise on major projects with a focus on change and claims.
Key skills and experience:
· Minimum 6+ year’s post graduate experience.
· Degree qualified within a construction related discipline.
· Main Contractor or Subcontractor background.
· Experience working with NEC 3&4.
· Contract Administration & claims.
· Suitable major infrastructure experience on major construction projects.
· Change Management.
· Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects in cooperation with Line Manager.
· Strong communication skills.
