An opportunity has become available for an ambitious and skilled Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate must have no less than 3+ years post graduate experience working with a Firm of Chartered Surveyors. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work with/among various contractors and subcontractors – you’ll be providing Commercial expertise on major projects with a focus on change and claims.

Key skills and experience:

  • Minimum 6+ year’s post graduate experience.
  • Degree qualified within a construction related discipline.
  • Main Contractor or Subcontractor background.
  • Experience working with NEC 3&4.
  • Contract Administration & claims.
  • Suitable major infrastructure experience on major construction projects.
  • Change Management.
  • Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects in cooperation with Line Manager.
  • Strong communication skills.
