Senior Project Planner – Infrastructure

We require Senior Project Planners who are looking for a great opportunity to work with a well-established, independent construction consultancy based in London. Our client specialises in Project Controls & Planning within the Infrastructure space, your role will be hybrid based in which you’ll be expected to visit the offices 2/3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Planner you will ensure accurate representations of the project scope and milestone dates are reflected in the overall programme, using Primavera P6. One of your key responsibilities will be validating the risk events and planned dates submitted by subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills are needed to effectively work with stakeholders at every level.
  • Exellent NEC 3/4 knowledge.
  • Skills with tracking, monitoring program progress against costs, assessing performance, and providing valuable insights.
  • Familiar with change management, including assessing/ managing risks and impacts to the project baselines.
  • Create and deliver concise and tailored dashboards that meet the stakeholders’ specific requirements.
  • Are able to show a track record of delivering accurate project/ integrating plans from multiple work streams upon request.
  • Detailed knowledge and evidence of – data analysis/ reporting/ and utilisation of techniques such as Earned Value & Critical Path analysis is a must as it is crucial for the project to run smoothly.
  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role in infrastructure sector.
