Principal Estimator – Construction

Our client is seeking an Estimator to support their contractual delivery of several crucial carbon capture renewable projects.

Within this role you’ll be supporting the delivery of an existing project whilst also supporting initial estimates for others. You will have experience across the FEED and EPC lifecycle and a solid understanding of a range of contract types including NEC 3/4. It’s essential you have a degree in quantity surveying or in a related commercial, technical, or engineering discipline.

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in application of problem solving and risk management.
  • Techniques and an understanding of dispute resolution processes.
  • Experience in contract administration procedures and knowledge of various forms of contract, including an understanding of contract law and UK construction laws.
  • Knowledge of estimation on major projects.
