An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years post graduate experience to work for a Firm of Chartered Surveyors. As Quantity Surveyor, you will work with various contractors or subcontractors, providing Commercial expertise on major projects with a focus on change and claims.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Degree qualified within a construction related discipline.
  • Minimum 6+ year’s post graduate experience.
  • Main Contractor or Subcontractor background.
  • Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects in cooperation with Line Manager.
  • Suitable major infrastructure experience on major construction projects.
  • Change Management.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Claims.
